					<description><![CDATA[I don&#039;t believe this is in the yard of 25 Arcadia Ave. Wasn&#039;t the North High Car house and the electrical substation yard at this location? Before the substation was there it was a four track storage yard for streetcars.

And those look like palm trees to me as well. :)
