He was kind enough to restore the piece after it was moved to Clinton Elementary.
“A very down to earth fellow.” said Warren Gardener.
The Northern Business and Professional Association seem to think that it had a significant monetary value in addition to its aesthetics and inadvertent documentation of the 1980′s downtown skyline along with its historical connection to the old Graceland.
