Hello Shirley,
I posted the 1948 photo on the Vintage Columbus – Linden Area Facebook page and the consensus is it is the intersection of Cleveland and Hudson. A number of our members posted a but the final nail was driven by a 1953 aerial photo posted by Bob Rohrer showing the curved curb cut in front of the gas station. The photo appears to have been taken looking South from Weber Rd, where Cleveland Ave/Westerville Rd. split. Seems plausible (?) …More so than the description on the photo…
