Hello to my former Acton Road neighbor Gary! I don't know about Hudson Street as a location for an Anderson factory, but I vividly recall the Anderson aggregate factory and its conveyor belts towering behind the Olympic Swim & Racquet Club when I was growing up. There was also a lumber company just west of the tracks across from Anderson's at the time. I don't remember their name. I think that the large green building that is on the NE corner of Hudson and N. 4th was part of that company.
