					<description><![CDATA[The (Orchard House) were we live in (since 1970) was built in 1889 by (or for) 
 a &quot;Bull family member&quot; (You do the Research, we already did,  Choosing Not to Register It Historically = TOO MANY HOOPS) This Home  is the second Oldest wood Frame House on this Block. The Bathroom was added in 1911,  and the house was re modeled first in 1925, when the Hardwood floors were Purchased from &quot;the Ohio State University President&#039;s Home. 2 Fires &#038;  3+ subsequent Total Remodels later, we are still here. Everybody Loves &quot;Clue&quot; and a Good Old Ghost  Mystery , Where am I, Patsy]]></description>
